Dear Customers:

The staff and volunteers at Glass by Kathi have put an enormous amount of time and effort into creating a successful experience for our retail customers. The response has been inspiring and I hope that we have made a difference to the stained glass community during the two years that we've been in business. Unfortunately, it's time to say goodbye.... we have closed the doors of our retail store forever.

While we have worked very hard to get our store self-sufficient, no one could have predicted the current economic conditions which have played a major role in our decision to close. As many Americans are being forced to watch their spending, we have been forced to make a decision regarding our own future.

We appreciate all the support from our many customers and friends. Words cannot express our appreciation to those of you who have gone above and beyond to help us to stay in business. We will miss your smiling faces, enthusiasm and kind words of encouragement.

If we are holding a repair of yours, we will contact you within the next few days regarding the progress and delivery time. Sorry for any inconvenience our closing may have caused.
