This commission is installed in a private residence in the west-facing guest bath window at the front of the home. The clients have a rather large collection of Oriental art and pottery throughout their home, so the design was chosen based on a compilation of ideas from that art.

The clear textured glass in the background provides the privacy that was required for a bathroom, yet maximizes the amount of light that enters the room as it reflects the natural colors in the sky. This installation was fabricated to slide into the existing window frame for installation with clips. Therefore, the design elements were carefully positioned in order to minimize the appearance of the existing window's muntins from the inside.
